we all know the rules by now: no ooc/ic blurring, no harassment, no bullying, no godmodding, no outing, or shitty behavior will be tolerated, use trigger warnings when called for with sensitive topics. we want this to be an inclusive, safe and creative environment. with you we can make that happen. please use your best judgement when it comes to adult themes or sensitive topics, gross disregard will result in removal. use those tw!! let's make sure we keep the ic drama out of ooc as well. conflict can bring amazing development! if you encounter any issues or have any questions just dropbox us.

we just ask a few things when you're setting up: ⁃journals should be ic or ooc. we really don't care which! it's up to you.
⁃associate/outsider characters must have a substansial connection to an active club member.
⁃instead of examples, we want to see a firm grasp of your character with your biography. (absolute minimum of two paragraphs in terms of a history/bio) we are also asking that this reflects that you've connected with other writers in the community to not only build those storylines but a shared history.
⁃club members need to make sure they have a clear display of dates for hangaround status, when they earned a kutte as a prospect and when they patched in officially. any with officer ranks must display the dates they earned those positions.
⁃backdate your bio & friends only.
⁃once accepted intro within 72 hours or be removed. you don't need to link us!
⁃no challenges will be accepted.

we reserve the right to reject anyone if we believe they won't be a good fit for the comm. rejected apps will be deleted but if it is something minor you need to fix/unlock we'll drop you a comment to fix it before adds!

as a gpsl we are looking to offer a slower pace to communities for those of us that enjoy the interactions but sometimes just don't have the time for twice a month updates. update requirements

will consist of one post a month, it must be an interactive post with comments enabled and most of them replied to. this can be a scene (which is heavily encouraged), journal entry, ffa, or anything else just no social media. does that mean we don't want any social media posts? of course not! we just won't be counting them as updates. we will also accept narratives over 300 words if you're an active part of the friend's page!

activity requirements

monthly check-ins are not optional & failure to reply to one within 72 hours will result in removal. these can be ooc or organized group events. just as important is how active you are on the fp. failure to comment around on everyone's posts, partake in community events or mod ffas can also result in removal. we want to have a laid-back environment for writing where we're understanding of rl responsibilities, just don't expect to get away with coasting by with minimal effort to collaborate.

extensions of up to two weeks can be requested as well as hiatuses of up to four weeks (or longer depending on circumstances) just drop us a message!

we highly encourage open threading and unlocked threading as well, this doesn't mean it is required, just whatever you're personally comfortable with sharing with the community! we're building this world and story together!

church posts - club meetings - will be ic/ooc plot posts that are closed to patched club members only. this means it will not be viewable to anyone outside of the club. including associates. members (importantly officers) are required to attend! failure to do so, especially frequently, can result in ic and ooc consequences.

if you are removed for activity THREE times you will not be accepted into the community if you reapply a fourth time. give us a heads up and we're happy to work something out if life gets crazy!
